SUMMARY:Grand Portage Alzheimer's Awareness Walk
DESCRIPTION:All of Cook County is encouraged to participate in the Grand Portage Alzheimer’s Awareness Walk on Saturday\, September 12th! For the past several years an additional Walk was offered in Grand Marais – this time we’re all walking together to raise awareness and support those who have been affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. There are several ways to join in! \n\nClick here to register as a team member and walk on September 12th in memory or honor of a loved one with dementia\, as an advocate for a dementia-friendly community\, or to show your support for a dementia-free world! (Golf carts and 4-wheelers are welcome as a walk alternative.)
