Enjoy a delicious frozen custard sundae for a $5 donation, say “hello” to friends and neighbors, and see our beautiful raffle quilt (and maybe purchase a raffle ticket or three!) All proceeds go to help Care Partners provide support and companionship for those on the journey of aging and serious illness in Cook County.
