• Provides care services to individuals in their place of residence for the purpose of promoting, maintaining, or restoring health or minimizing the effects of illness and disability
• Offers short-term and long-term care (including post-surgery), which may incorporate RN skilled nursing, home health aides, or physical therapy
• Examples of assistance include nursing assessments, assistance with bathing/hygiene, medication management, wound care, IV therapy/management, end of life care, and foot care
• Home Care will discuss payment options and check with insurances to see if the client qualifies for Home Care benefits
• Accepts Medicare, Medicaid, other insurances, VA and Sliding Fee
