Drop-In Tech Support at The Hub
- Free assistance - first come, first served
- Bring devices (laptops, phones, tablets, etc) and your questions
- Tuesdays 1-3:30pm tech support with Marie
- Fridays 12:30pm tech support with John
- Boreal intern tech support available in summer months

Lighthouse Center for Vital Living
- Duluth-based organization that also serves Cook County
- Provides services and equipment for people challenged by aging, vision loss or other disabilities
- Services include device demos and loans, assistive technology training, and ongoing support
- Devices (such as smartphones, tablets, computers, smart home, daily living aids and more) can be borrowed for up to 30 days to see if they will be helpful
- Some services may be billed to medical insurance or waiver, or they may be offered free of charge; voluntary cost sharing may also be requested
