- Round-trip bus service from Grand Marais to Duluth every Tuesday. (Must call to reserve a ride to Duluth by noon the Monday before your ride.)
- Round-trip bus service from Grand Marais to Grand Portage every weekday.
- Dial-A-Ride and Grand Portage monthly passes also available

Care Partners Senior Rides
- Background-checked, trained volunteer drivers provide curb-to-curb transportation for people 60 years old and older
- Rides given anywhere in Cook County for medical, errands, and social activities, and to Duluth for medical appointments
- Clients are asked to share in the cost of their rides by making a suggested donation based on household income and number of miles driven

Community health center that offers primary and preventive health care services, including:
- Doctor/patient appointments
- Footcare, blood pressure, blood sugar, and immunization outreach clinics
- Transportation to medical appointments out of area
- Prescription pick-up and delivery
- Massage, chiropractor, and physical therapy
- Tobacco cessation
- Family home visiting
