Fall Prevention Day

Come to the Cook County Community Center for a FREE Falls Prevention & Screening Event presented by North Shore Health on Thursday, September 26 from 12:00 noon to 3:30pm! Licensed physical therapists will be on hand to provide a fall risk assessment/screening and offer personalized recommendations for you based on the results. You can then visit booths from area businesses and organizations and learn about local resources for helping you stay healthy and feel more confident about balance safety!
