Care Partners 10th Anniversary Celebration & Open House

The community is invited to join Care Partners as they celebrate 10 years as an independent non-profit organization AND their recent office relocation! The event will include refreshments, live music, the first in-person display of their 2025 auction quilt, tours of the new offices, and more.
