Caregiver Appreciation Retreat

Care Partners is pleased to offer a free Caregiver Appreciation Retreat on Wednesday, September 30 from noon to 3pm at the Skyport Lodge/Raven Rock Grill on Devil Track Lake. Anyone who is providing care—whether in the home or from a distance—for a friend or family member who is aging or has a chronic illness or disability is invited to attend. The theme for this year’s retreat is “Nurturing Nature.” After a catered lunch, caregivers will be invited to experience gentle, relaxing activities that can help incorporate small self-care breaks into their day. The retreat is limited to 20 participants and you must register no later than Tuesday, September 23.  A big thanks to the Grand Marais Lion’s Club for supporting this event through a generous gift!
