Minnesota drivers 55+ qualify for a 10% auto insurance discount when they take an approved 8-hour Driver Safety (accident reduction) Course and maintain their discount when they take a Driver Safety Refresher class every 3 years.
- This class session will serve as the first four hours of the beginning Driver Safety Course (final four hours will be scheduled at the class) OR as a Driver Safety Refresher class for those who have already completed the eight-hour course.
- Course fee is $20 for AARP members or $25 for non-members (cash or check only – checks payable to AARP)
