Chair Yoga for Strength & Ease of Movement
During this one hour class, you’ll explore the mind-body connection through yoga postures and other forms of movement. Relax, gain strength, and improve functional movement, such as getting out of a chair and walking with more ease and assurance.

Nancy has taught chair yoga since 2010. An older person herself, she loves working with mature people and fostering the joy of movement. She has taught classes in senior communities, assisted living, and at her neighborhood public library in St. Paul.
