Tai Chi with Bruce

Having discovered the benefits of Tai Chi in his sixties, Board-Certified Tai Chi Instructor Bruce Tyler is particularly interested in working with older adults to maintain and improve their functional movement and balance, help prevent falls, and provide opportunities for social interaction.
